Booth set-up can be complete Tuesday evening or Wednesday morning before 6:30 a.m. breakfast. Booths should be covered during breakfasts (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday) and during lunch (Wednesday and Thursday), as well as, after each morning general session (Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday).  Booths will be in a room that does not lock so do not leave valuables out over night or while away. Tear down is Friday after the last general session which is scheduled to end at 10 a.m.

Our pre-event Happy Hour is Tuesday 4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. at the Eaton Power Systems Experience Center located at 130 Commonwealth Drive, Warrendale, PA 15086. The Wednesday evening networking event will be held at Shorty’s Pins and Pints located at 353 N Shore Drive, Pittsburgh, PA 15212 from 6:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Sponsors can drive to the locations or take the bus that leaves the Sheraton Station Square hotel at 3:45 p.m. Thursday evening offers a dinner cruise from 5:30 p.m.-8:30 p.m. Attendees will meet in the lobby at 5:15 p.m. to walk to the cruise ship together.
